Headache, nausea, abdominal pain, menstrual changes, fatigue, or dizziness.
Less commonly: severe abdominal pain, breast tenderness, vomiting, or mood changes.
Consult a doctor if your period is more than 7 days late or if you experience symptoms suggestive of pregnancy.

EllaOne is intended for emergency contraception only and should not be used as a regular method of birth control.
Do not use if you are pregnant, allergic to ulipristal acetate, or have severe uncontrolled asthma.
Effectiveness may be reduced if you are taking certain medications (e.g., St. John’s wort, anticonvulsants, rifampicin).
If vomiting occurs within three hours of taking the tablet, take another dose as soon as possible.
Consult a doctor if your period is more than 7 days late, unusually light, or if you experience any symptoms of pregnancy.
