ג'ל דיפרין (אדפאלן) הוא טיפול מקומי יעיל במיוחד שנועד להילחם באקנה במקור שלה. שייך לקבוצת תרופות הנקראות רטינואידים (נגזרות של ויטמין A), והוא יעיל במיוחד נגד אקנה קומדונלית (ראשי שחור ולבנים) ודלקת קלה עד בינונית.

The active substance is adapalene. Differin contains 0.1% w/w of adapalene and the other ingredients are carbomer 940, propylene glycol (E1520), poloxamer 182, disodium edetate, methylparahydroxybenzoate (E218), phenoxyethanol, sodium hydroxide and purified water.

No. The use of retinoids like Adapalene is strictly contraindicated during pregnancy to ensure the safety of the unborn child. If you are planning a pregnancy, stop using this medication.

Does this make my skin sensitive to the sun?

Yes, Adapalene makes your skin more sensitive to UV light. It is important to avoid excessive sun exposure and sunbeds, and to always wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) during the day, even if it is cloudy.

Can I combine this with other acne products?

Be cautious with other drying products like alcohol-based toners or harsh scrubs, as this can cause severe irritation. If you want to use other active ingredients (like benzoyl peroxide), it is often advised to use them in the morning and apply Differin in the evening.
