Περιγραφή

Differin Gel (Αδαπαλένη) είναι μια ιδιαίτερα αποτελεσματική τοπική θεραπεία σχεδιασμένη ειδικά για την καταπολέμηση της ακμής από την πηγή της. Ανήκει σε μια ομάδα φαρμάκων που ονομάζονται ρετινοειδή (παράγονται από τη Βιταμίνη Α) και είναι ιδιαίτερα ισχυρό κατά της κωμιδιακής ακμής (μαύρα στίγματα και λευκά στίγματα) καθώς και της ήπιας έως μέτριας φλεγμονής.

Σε αντίθεση με τα αντιβιοτικά που σκοτώνουν τα βακτήρια, το Differin λειτουργεί ρυθμίζοντας την ανανέωση των κυττάρων του δέρματος. Κανονικοποιεί την απολέπιση των κυττάρων μέσα στους θύλακες των τριχών, αποτρέποντας το νεκρό δέρμα και το λάδι από το να φράξουν τους πόρους. The active substance is adapalene. Differin contains 0.1% w/w of adapalene and the other ingredients are carbomer 940, propylene glycol (E1520), poloxamer 182, disodium edetate, methylparahydroxybenzoate (E218), phenoxyethanol, sodium hydroxide and purified water.
