Ozempic (Semaglutid) är ett injicerbart läkemedel som används för att behandla typ 2-diabetes och har en viktminskande effekt genom att minska aptiten och främja mättnadskänsla. Ingredienser

Each pre-filled pen of Ozempic® contains a solution of semaglutide, with each dose delivering a specific quantity of semaglutide. The solution also includes additional ingredients such as disodium phosphate dihydrate, propylene glycol, phenol, water for injections, and sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid for pH adjustment.

Biverkningar

As with any medication, Ozempic® may have potential side effects. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). More serious but rare side effects may include complications of diabetic eye disease (retinopathy), inflamed pancreas (acute pancreatitis), severe allergic reactions, and delayed gastric emptying.
